Received a phone call from Susan this morning to follow up on car insurance quotes I had requested. Although I ended up going with another company due to lower cost Susan was a delight to speak with. It excellent customer service is important for you when deciding insurance I highly recommend Susan with statefarm in hiawassee ga.

State farm in Hiawassee has always been there for us. They are good people, and have good rates.

I called Susan De Vries in advance to inform her that I had put in a request to switch to her agency from an Atlanta based State Farm as I live here in Hiawassee. I was informed by her that she would give me a call as soon as the info arrived in her office (which was due to take only a day or two) - I never received a call! A week later I called - was told she was unavailable - another agent took a message - still, no return call! Two and one half weeks later, I get a call from this office due to "policy issues" ?! I am not impressed so far!!! I've given them the lowest rating I can give - the 'hated it' star is a bit over-top.
