I have had three months of nail trauma and decided to seek professional help. I had such a horrible experience at Star Nails that I immediately ran to this salon in tears for help. Sophie took pity on my massacred nails, worked me in, and set me on the road to recovery. She was so gentle, professional, and exactly what I needed. The whole store seemed to have good rapport with each employee and client. I, also, appreciate that they do not reuse files and buffers.

I have been a customer here for 16 years and have never had anything but a perfect experience. Not only do you get an amazing service on your nails the owner gives THE BEST advice and can solve any life problem you might have! The owners truly treat you like family! They are absolute best!! They are so amazing they stay booked for weeks (sometimes months) in advance! Would never go anywhere else!

It's true that this place does a good job with mani/pedis. However, if you don't enjoy sitting while the staff (the owner was by far the worst) gossips and talks bad about the customers who just left, then this is not the place for you. Equally bad is all of the cursing they do (again, the owner was the worst). It was F-this and F-that the entire time. After being there for an hour and hearing the negative gossip about all the other customers, it made me wonder what they would say about me after I left. Not a good experience and I will not go back unless the ownership changes.Services: Manicures

Went for my scheduled appointment and find that they only have me down for pedicure when I scheduled a pedicure and fill. They never apologized or asked me to stay to try and fit me in. I decided to leave to go back to have it all done at one time and they didn’t even offer to schedule a new time. Very poor customer service.

While relaxing in the Blue Ridge mountain area for a few days I realized that I desperately needed a pedicure. I checked several nearby nail salons online and ended up choosing Lovely Nails. I am so glad that I did! I was able to make an appointment for that day. The salon is very nice, clean and compliant with COVID-19 guidelines. The entire staff was welcoming, warm and friendly. My pedicure was meticulously done by Abby - a very friendly young lady. I will definitely return when we are in the area again. Great job, Lovely Nails team!
