I guess we're still closed to the public due to the storm which of course is nobody's fault but speaking as an employee, I can give an inside insight. Our headquarters are based in Asheville, NC which was and most likely still is completely flooded.
Our delivery trucks are submerged in about 6 feet of water or more and our systems are down to the point where even our payroll is affected and delayed.
I understand the frustration and I know management is doing the best they can to get things going but this could take awhile and I'm sorry to say I might have to look elsewhere for employment because who knows when things will be semi normal again. It's nobody's fault but pay is now being affected. Even if every business is affected, there are other businesses doing cash only for the time being. Being sent home early because of not being open to the public is causing everyone to lose profit and it's almost pointless to even make the effort to come in.
