Dropped off a package at 10:30 a.m. It's now 4:15 p.m. and they are just now packing it up after we drove back 10 miles because we hadn't heard anything. Isiah was a rude smart alec when I complained. Sat down and started eating his lunch even though we said we would wait. Then proceeded to wait on another customer.

I often drop my Amazon returns at Goin Postal that I pack, tape, label and scan. In my last visit I noticed a “TIP” jar placed by the owners to offset their profits from being an Amazon drop off point which they received money from per package. Why should I tip when I am doing the work? I will now go to Mountain Parcel in Blairsville where I feel my business is appreciated more.

If I could, I’d give it 0 stars. This place is completely disorganized and poorly run. I mailed a package from here on 7 December only to find out on 22 December that they never sent the package. When I went into the store to inquire about the package, I was told it was picked up by USPS and that they’d have to call the Post Master at Hiawassee Post Office. I went straight to the post office and showed them the tracking number and was told the label was created but the package was never sent by Goin’ Postal. I went back to Goin’ Postal and told them what I learned, and was told that the post office picked it up. I even went so far as to tell one of the employees that the package was probably still on their premises, but he denied it. Sure enough, it was. They tried blaming it on Hiawassee Post Office; however, it was Goin’ Postal’s fault. I will no longer use their services.

Figure out your own systems. It should t take 3 employees and 15 minutes to scan one package. And then you have the gall to ask for a tip, lol
