Not a bad little place! They give you to the 10th before any late fee is added. The grounds are lit at night, which I really appreciate. We have a 10x10 and cost $55 a month. Also it is accessible being right off the main hwy.

Since sold new owner's manager rude. List my payment once, recorded a payment incorrectly and put a lick on my unit until I paid again. I will no longer rent after July 1. Rudest person I have dealt with in Towns county. After renting for many years I am closing my unit out.
