“I have banked here for many years and they have always been so helpful. However, I don't like that they eliminated customer-to-customer transfers without notifying customers. (If they did send an email about it, I didn't see it). I used that feature for monthly payments and suddenly its no longer an option. In it's place, they are using Zelle which is not a feasible substitute as many do not use Zelle. Nor do they want to link their debit cards to a third party vendor, including myself. While they suggested setting up an automatic transfer, which was a great idea, it won't work for variable payments. It's very disappointing.”
