I will first like to thank Brianna for helping me. She stopped everything she was doing to take over and help. She let me come into her office and she even offered water. She's definitely about her business and money and really enjoys her job and customers. NOW ON THE OTHER HAND, DWAYNE "THE ROC" JOHNSON was very rude I think maybe the tight shirt and tats got to his bald head. He wasn't so nice with the older couple that came in neither. He need to learn to listen to the customer or go back to school if he attended for problem solving. If you don't like your job or humans for that matter quit your job. You won't make it with that attitude sweetheart. You'll see him at the tobacco rd branch let me know what you think.

I was at this Wells Fargo branch on 05/06/22 to lodge a complain about my credit card and I was treated like I was stupid and don't what I was talking about. The tall male banker who came to me where I sat asked for the purpose of my visit, and after I explained my probem to him ,without any form of empathy, he told me he can't help me,that I need to make a call on my own to resolve the problem, he said had no more time for me because he had 2 invisible customers whom he claimed would be coming inlater to attend to ,and he said that would take about an hour but I told him I don't mind waiting because I need the issue resolved urgently. Then he told me that I can't wait that I just have to my leave . I asked if he was literally kicking me out but he just walk out on me.I immediately went to another branch close by on peach Orchard rd, and from the entrance , they listen, felt my pains, own my problem and the issue was resolved under 30 minutes. My worst customer service experience ever!

I recently got married and we decided that we would open a joint account with his bank, Wells Fargo. The first time we went to this location they told us that, in order to do so, we would need to have the marriage license with us. That was fine, that was understandable since it was our error, and we made an appointment for the next Saturday so we could get the account opened. So we go in for our appointment with the marriage license and our IDs only to be told that now we *also* need a secondary form of ID in addition to the marriage license. This would have been well and good... if they had told us that when we scheduled the appointment a week ago. So now we still have no joint account and can't cash the checks sent as wedding gifts. They didn't even ask if we lived nearby and could retrieve a second form of ID and instead just suggested we make yet another appointment. My husband and I both work so the weekend is our only option to do this, meaning we will now have spent three of our weekends trying to open this account. The only reason we decided to go with Wells Fargo is because he's already a member but, as someone new to the bank, I'm not impressed. We will most likely not be returning and instead open the joint account with Navy Federal instead.

I can't stand this bank. I just waited in line at the drive thru and gave up! The lines did not move an inch the whole 13 minutes. Last year with covid the lobby was closed and I got stuck for 40 mins. with a $5. Rebate check. I got on my smart phone and it said "Wells FARGO experiencing outages". When I called inside the bank they actually blamed it on the customer requests and didn't mention the outage. I also just settled with them for opening an unwanted account. when their systems went down for days. They left you unable to get to your money and didn't let you know what was going on or when it would be fixed!

There's a reason why this location has a 3 star rating. First I called about an appointment the day before and made sure it would be with the person I spoke to on the phone, Her name was Tamara. Today for that appointment time she "stepped out" and it would be around 30 minutes before she was back. But she was the one that setup the appointment... strange. Well then when we get there, no one knows about the appointment or why we were there. We only realized later that she was in fact there only several minutes later, but it was apparently her birthday, which frankly I don't care anyways, she just didn't want to deal with actually having to do her job. Great teamwork guys. But yall make sure you look good. It's not that I don't understand the process and time it takes to do things, but at least have competent people who can do the job correctly. The manager never came over to apologize for the very long time it did take, signed a document and walked away. I have no tolerance for laziness and a nonchalant attitude about how you treat your customers. I have been a customer at Wells Fargo since 2008. There is no excuse for this especially after you now have to setup for an appointment. Very unhappy and I doubt I'll here anything from anyone that works there or a manager.
