I am absolutely so disappointed with this walgreens pharmacy. I kick myself in the butt every time I use them. This time . They said my prescription 3 hours before my medication would be ready. There is absolutely no reason it should take 3 hours for children antibiotics to be ready. You don't even add the water to the powder until we get there to pick it up.

I’m pregnant and me and my boyfriend are sick. We took rapid test to see if it’s Covid/flu and the pharmacist who administered the test was really nice. However, 3 hours later we still didn’t get the result so I try calling and the front lady hung up in my face 3 times. Very unprofessional and rude, we ended up having Covid and that’s dangerous especially when pregnant. I wish they had more manners

The pharmacy sucks at this location. They are slow as molasses. The lines are always wrapped around the building and inside the store. The phone wait times are even longer!!! The reason I gave 4 stars is because of Michael, their front store clerk that works evening shift. He is amazing. Very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help in any situation. His customer service is top tier!!!

DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY!!!!Go anywhere else!They cancel prescriptions instead of giving proper information. They request refill confirmations from doctors on filled prescriptions and try to fill them again.They hang up before giving all the information.They will put you on a silent hold until you are sure they have hung up and then get snarky if you ask if they are still there.They refuse to apologize or own their mistakes and have been blaming their "new inventory" system for six months.If it's not that system, it's their app.If you are stressed about how to get meds that are needed, they will laugh in your face and lie about when it might be available.When the insurance company has to call me and say, "Stop using them because the pharmacy talked trash about you instead of helping."And the last straw was, instead of apologizing for multiple screw ups, the pharmacist told me to just go somewhere elseGo to CVS, they were sweet, said they could hold my Rx for a short bit while I get them transferred. They were straight up confused that Walgreens did not have my simple order, that they have plenty of.Go anywhere except this Walgreens.And yeah, if corporate would like to discuss this, Walgreens, I am all ears.

This place is a geographical oddity. It's two weeks from everywhere. Once they actually fill my prescription I will be transferring to a different pharmacy.

This Walgreen when calling put you on hold for 30 min.and finally hang up never talk to anyone in pharmacy or ask any questions if need help please hire more people

The store itself is nice but I do NOT recommend this pharmacy. It always takes a long time for someone to acknowledge you or come to the counter. Service is slow and not friendly. In the drive through line, I have had a lady sit on the other side of the window and not address me at all for 5 minutes. I understand being in the middle of something and even a "I'll be with you in a minute" would have been great! Today after waiting in line for 30 mins for 2 cars, the lady told me they didn't have my prescription (on automatic refill) and they would have to order it and was not sure when it would come in and I could check back sometime. Monthly necessary medication that was not available nor ordered at a chain Pharmacy. Definitely do not recommend using this pharmacy.

I’ve been to this Walgreens pharmacy twice now. Staff has been friendly and helpful so far. It just takes a while until they finish preparing my prescriptions- around 1.5-2 hours, which I find pretty long. I also made one call so far and they did answer the phone quickly and were helpful too.

Theres a guy at the Tobacco Rd. Location is amazing. Anybody else would've kicked me out the store because I didn't no how to operate my phone to print documents or pictures. Micheal Bennett was very patient, nice, helpful, and smiled all the way through. What a great guy! I wish him all the best in life. Keep Smiling!!!!

Always greeting when entering the store. Friendly and striving to give good customer service. Khalia and Mr Ray were patient and kind with a difficult customer and provided completed service in the pharmacy. The gentleman at front desk always smiling and great customer service.

The Tabacco Road location is much closer to my home. But it is sad when I am placed on hold and told that there is one person ahead of me and your staff picks up the phone 3 times and puts me on hold again without the courtesy of asking me if I can continue to holdWith the exception on one lady in the pharmacy they have the worse customer Service skills. It's really sad when you hear their voices and they just put you on hold. It's sad. Send your staff to Chick-fil-A for customer service training.
