Registered online for a vaccine. When I got to the store, I had to complete the same questionnaire on paper. Wow! What a waste of time. It took some time to get the vaccine, and I was the only one waiting for one.

This store should be shut down to due the lack of customer service and professionalism to customers. They could care less about anyone that comes through their doors. I’m having to pay extra money to go on a family vacation because you can’t get a Covid test in on time and for the lack of respect.
