Everyone is so nice. Dr.Martin is great with all of our animals. We actually enjoy brining our pets to see her. They make you feel right at home.

They failed my Ramsey. My husband brought him in Friday because he hadn’t pooped in about 2 days. They took his vitals and gave him about 3 shots, then an IV. They also preformed 2 X-rays (which they never showed me) and told me there wasn’t any blockage and he should be fine once he takes the medication they prescribed. Paid about $350 for all of that, not bad compared to the ER. Ramsey gets home and starts to rapidly decline over the next few days. Yesterday he died in my arms. I honestly feel like they did not get to the bottom of what was actually wrong with him. They just slapped a bandaid on and sent him on his way. Dr. Gradous was more patient and caring for animals and actually knew what he was talking about. Now it just feels like a money grab without getting down to the bottom of the health issue. My sweet baby is gone. I feel guilty because I took him to them. Please explore other options than this place if you value your pets life.

Many THX to dr.martin & staff for there help with my Ellie today ! They stayed over 2.5 hrs to help remove a stick lodged in the roof of her mouth. Wonderful people who still care !! ????

Dr. Emily Martin and her staff are fantastic. They are very nice and informative. They took great care of my fur baby and were very gentle with him . You can really tell they care deeply about what they do and all the animals they treat . The cost of services are also extremely reasonable!! 10/10 reccomend

My Dog Tested positive for heartworms over a month ago I was in a complete state of shock didn't know what to do so my friend recommended this veterinary clinic y'all Dr Emily Martin & Her assistant Megan along with the staff are truly God sent My Dog is currently undergoing Treatment with them they are the most honest caring compassionate professional group of individuals that I've ever met they truly exceeded my expectations and have made me and My Dog felt like family God bless each and every one of you all keep up the amazing work!

Highly do not recommend this place it’s not the same as when Gradous ran the place Each time I come with an appointment I have to wait hours on end to be seen just for shots . Can never come in for an emergency always told to go elsewhere. If you love your animals please don’t bring them here so many have left since dr Emily took over . And her getting bitten by that dogs tell you everything you need to know about her . Dr Gradous was 90 something years old and never had a problem .

Lack of communication is the main reason for my review. My boyfriend referred me to this vet as he has used them for boarding services before. I called on 06/27 and got someone on the phone. I explained why I was calling. They asked me to hold and I held for 10 minutes and had to hang the phone up to get back to work. Since that time, I have called 3 more times and left voicemails. No answer, no return call, and no acknowledgment. I tried one more time because I thought maybe there was a delay from the holiday, so I emailed them. No response in over 24 hours. I really tried my best to reach them and they proved they have some serious communication issues so I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I really hope my boyfriend decides never to use them again. I would be terrified if I was boarding my pets and couldn’t get in touch with them to check on their wellbeing. Hopefully they are able to get it together soon so they don’t loose any further business.

If you have any doubt about coming to this office, throw it away now the doctor and the staff are simply amazing. Good kindhearted people. I had an emergency today with my pup and this was their surgery day. They weren’t taking patients yet after I talked to them and told him what was going on. They told me to bring her in. They were very attentive and took wonderful care of her, you were truly try them one time and you will be hooked

I cal l that office 15 times in 4 days never got a return call took my dog on Thursday was told to call back Friday if not better call 5 times never got no one to call back my dog die Saturday night I like a complaints with the veterinarian board hope to get to talk to the doctor now
