I came in to the store to activate my replacement phone and they notice my phone was outdated and Johnathan and Sky who was Super Nice and Cool checked to see if I was eligible for upgrade and they helped me with the whole process they activated my phone made sure i had my cricket app on phone and HBO Max and showed me how it work and mad sure I had everything on my new phone before I Left they even helped me with Case on phone put it on for me and showed me how to register for the Lifetime Warranty!! Thank you Jonathan and Sky for your help and assistance! They are absolutely Awesome and extremely Amazing !!!

Great Chinese Food nextdoor to Cricket Wireless. (I've never been to Cricket Wireless).The GPS Flaw in pin pointing "foot-traffic" in a strip mall is a significant flaw that can not be corrected by the software engineers.

I ported my cell phone over 2 days ago and so did my fiancé. We have had problems since day 1. 3 days later and we are still in the store waiting hours to finish the port due to their error. They need to train their sales associates more before throwing them on the floor. They have no experience here on what to do and are clueless when their is an issue with the device.
