I recommend 0 stars this is definitely not the place you want to work at or bring your kids to. This place have had good employee's but why keep bringing your child if different people as in employees and different directors keep coming in and out. the owners are VERY RUDE they don't eve acknowledged the parents and even the workers, these people are prejudice even the director at cozy west. definitely not the place to be and wont go back !

This place is awesome in my book. My grands have been going there for almost two months now and I can see a MAJOR difference in their learning abilities. ? The first time I came to cozy learning center I was Greeted by Jeff very friendly and professional guy. At first I call him and ask about opening for a 2, 4 year old and he say yes he has an opening, and when I got there he remembered me and he was able to start my grand on Monday Agusta 26 I think ?. But I tell you I was over joyed.. And this place is Great the staff is friendly, but Jeff is AWESOME and it's another staff that is awesome as well ?. I will say I have no complaints that Jeff can't handle in a professional way and polite way. GREAT PLACE ( CONTRINA COSTON)

I don’t understand how they got anything less than a 4 star rating. Teachers all have their days, yet these teachers are amazing! I’ve seen them deal with children that are hard to maintain. Childcare is nooo easy job. Cozy Learning is awesome! Instructional Play time is no necessary for all ages and they are so structural and friendly. My kids are happy here and by GODs grace I’ll never pull them out again!

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because they made it mandatory to leave a rating. My 4 year old had been going to the location of 2731 Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815 since Aug of 2018. At first I thought this was a good school. When he started going there all the teachers knew of my son for being very sweet, smart and kind. I was involved with anything the kids had going on in class and even in other classes. We would even include all teachers when bringing gifts or baggies for the children. The teachers even helped us when I was between jobs, with his tuition and food before. which is why it really bothers me how all of this went down. Two months ago I had went to pick up my son earlier than usual, and on my way into the parking lot I seen that his class was outside. So pulling into the the lot slowly turning right down the hill I parked to see how my son was interacting with the other children. I then hear the teacher asking my son to get in line. She had asked my son 3 times to get in line. His focus was else where and when he didn't hear her. She speed walks to him and grabs him by his wrist off of the ground and put him in line herself. Automatically my mind went crazy. After seeing this teacher which I've never had any problems with put her hands on my son all because she wanted him in line. As furious as I was. I was still able to maintain my cool and pull the assistant director to the side and explain what I had just witnessed. I then walked to his class to get my son and his belongings.
