A very friendly lady and very helpfull and she was excited to meet a person from Lebanon and share our love for kafta, and she highly recommanded a restaurant that she enjoys and it was amazing.

We shopped in this store on Wednesday June 29 and had a wonderful experience. We went back this morning, Thursday June 30 and had a horrible experience. The lady behind the counter today was as rude as could be to my mother. My mom was purchasing gifts for grandchildren, and asked the sales clerk to please bag them separately. The clerk asked my mom if she was paying separately, and mom said no, I just want them bagged separately. The woman then RUDELY stated," I think you made that perfectly clear." My mom then nicely asked if the lady had something to cut of the price tags. The clerk then began huffing and puffing and slamming things around the register. It was a horrible experience, and hopefully the owners will make sure that no one else is treated in this way. My mom said that now she regrets spending a cent in this establishment. Definitely not what one would expect in a family town like Helen. I did give two stars because the clerk on Wednesday was nice

My family was shopping in the store and looking at spending quite a bit, however, when I encountered the woman at the registered that changed it for me. Very rude and hateful to me and according to my children to them as well prior to me returning to the front of the store. I purchased the one thing my son picked out because he really wanted it and we exited quickly. My parents stayed behind and spent quite a bit. After I let them know how she acted and they wished they had known and they wouldn't have bought anything. We went a store down and found t-shirts and sweatshirts my kids wanted. Unfortunately, we had another run in with the woman as she was at the door smoking and talking to the lady at the register that held us up from checking out. Tried not to let the lady ruin my day but it has been 5 days and it still upsets me.

I found what I was searching for here! A felt hat in at least a partial Tyrolean style. Nice little souvenir and clothing store. The prices are quite reasonable considering this is main street Helen, Georgia. The staff was nice. Place was clean, it was packed with all kinds of stuff and there was a bunch of clothing.Really cool entryway!
