Make sure you verify any items they hold for you multiple times that you find via website. They had the wrong bottle advertised on website. Drove 2 hours out of the way for a lagavulin charred oak cask 11 year Offerman edition(for sale on website) for a birthday present and they held the wrong one and did not have the one I had on hold available from their website. They did not seem to care at all when the error was discovered and did not offer any solution to make up for it. Very "Oops, cool story bro" attitude.

Went for eagle rare. To buy it I had to pick a helen cellars bottle too. I really didn't like that but gave it a shot. Old pepper rye hand picked bottle. Priced reasonable and really good. So the owner picked well. Great selection and nice staff. Do you guys have a bourbon club? I'm from ky and a little bit of a bourbon snob.

Hellen Cellar is one of my favorite places to find my bourbon. I have a huge collection and most of it is from Helen Cellar!
They have a fantastic selection, hard to find bourbon/s, and priced fairly
Customer service is excellent!!!
If you’re in N. GA you have to stop in Helen Cellar if you’re looking for any liquor, beer, or wine!

Amazing store! If you are a bourbon lover within a 100 miles you need to go. Huge selection with amazing single barrels. Drove up from Greenville, SC and was not disappointed. The employees were knowledgeable and very helpful, especially Carrie. She was fantastic! And Justin carried my 2 cases of Bourbon to my car ☺️.

Stopped in to browse the store while passing through Helen. Both employees were great to talk to and work with. The selection is fantastic, prices are very fair and they have a lot of good store picks. Definitely stop by when you are in town.
