I stopped by this ACE Hardware Store yesterday and bought a roll of wire. The sales guy was very helpful and couterous. However, the guy working at the register, who I assumed was the owner based on the conversation he was having with the customer in front of me. But as I checked out, it became obvious that he was a bit aloof. I had just spent over $100 in his store, and he did not even thank me for the purchase. This to me is a tale tell sign of business being to good and the owner forgetting about the value of every customer. Suffice to say that this store will not ever get anymore of my business. They can do better!

Nice store. I was in need of Ethernet cables for work and they had those. The store is a bit hard to find, since all Helen stores are decorated in the same fashion and blend together. They had a sign upfront, so look out for that and not a classic looking store you might be accustom to. Nice staff. Very helpful. Can definitely tell they have a lot of regulars, since there was a group of customers chatting away among themselves and the cashier.

Excellent service at this location. Greeted right as I entered. The guys went and got what I needed off the shelf, as I was carrying my 1 year old. I asked if they had a cart to get to the truck, and they told me not to worry, they helped carry everything across the parking lot to my truck.
