I explained my issues that have been rocking on since oct of last year to them and they immediately started working on a resolution. Both of them were very polite, helpful and patient as I explained. They both reviwed my account and notes aswell as my pages and pages of hand written notes. They both went above and beyond to help me resolve this matter that started in the Baxley store and was impounded with Verizon customer service along the way. A big thanks to them and area manager Chad for exhausting everything possible to correct my account!!”
