I brought my car (Mini Cooper) to them because it was overheating. They found the problem (leaking water pump) and decided to replace the water pump, thermostat and the hose connecting to the radiator. Got my car and after a week of driving I experience the same problem.. I called them on the verge of tears because I'm a college student, it's finals week, and I've just gave you over $500 and my car is still broken. They expressed they did everything they could do and recommen

I went in to get my tires rotated and seeking an alignment. I dropped my car off bright and early that morning at 7:30 and I didn't get my car back until the end of the day. my car was returned worse than it was when I took it in. I took my car again to another dealership service only to find out my Front tire rotors were completely damaged from this place. A SMALL SMALL alignment and rotation issue ended up in a full Rotor replacement that cost me $500. it's better to pay a little more than to end up paying 10 times more money. I can say this was my last time ever coming to this very inefficient place. customer satisfsction is definitely not a priority. Go to colemans instead!!

I bought 2 tires from them on a Friday woke up Saturday and had a flat. Thought I could have it fixed but they're closed on a Saturday. Didn't expect to have this problem with new tires. Not the first bad experience for me but sure will be my last with these.

Even though I'm a girl and dont know anything about vehicles they didnt take advantage of me. As they swapped and balanced two rims on my tires (I brought the parts,) they even changed one into a spair for me. It only cost 30$ for the labor. I think it was more than fair, considering the scary prices I saw online for labor in one tire. The whole staff was friendly.
