Truck entrance for bundled wood is off of J A Yawn road. When you pull in don't scale just park next to the scale and check in. Don't tarp or strap until you scale out. 4/5 trucks were over loaded. There's a truck stop about 3 miles from the company I recommend topping off fuel there before arriving on site because they don't care how much fuel you have, they will scale you to the max. Took a few hours to get loaded there was a line of trucks also they take too many breaks so it's a little slow.

Flatbed truckers, make sure you fill your gas tanks before accessing this site, because they will try to fill your lumber trailer as much as possible and you can easily go over the 80,000 pounds legally recommended by the DOT, and they don't care.

Flatbed drivers, if this is your first time here be aware that you need to scale in at 320 J A Yawn Rd, not at the log scale. Loading process is super fast, plenty of room to park aside to do your strapping and tarping. Very efficient operation going on here. No overnight parking allowed though.EDIT: Beware that the scale here reads significantly light. I scaled out at 78,640 at Beasley, then when I got to the CAT Scale in Dublin I totalled 79,920 after burning about 70 lbs of fuel. That means the scale at the shipper reads about 1,350 lbs low. That also leaves me with 3/8ths of a load of fuel that I can't top off. Not cool!

Not too bad. Mostly all they ship is tarped, but theyre reasonably fast. Only thing is wait to strap until you pull onto scale bc 9 out of 10 loads are sent back to take a pack off.

They think they know it all. There's a lot of aggressive signs at the office. Their scale is off and they are very much anti-driver. If you go there, just be polite or they will make your experience unpleasant.

Amazing place to pick up the load from, super fast folks, opens at 6, no overnight parking. However I had one major problem, I picked up Lumber for Canada. The bundles were not tightened enough along with the secure wrap not stapled much. My load kept shifting all the way inspite of numerous super tight straps. Informed the scalehouse about this issue. Hopefully they fix it because it’s truly a 5 star location.

Best Crane Mat pickup ever. Yard is so clean and not full of holes and I didn't lose a mudflap. Will look forward to coming back again. Thank you for the fast service and keeping your loading yard run free???

Not a bad place to load. It was my first time there so it was a little confusing, but not bad. If you’re getting mats, you will be going to the A J Yawn address, there is a sign in front of the warehouse. No overnight parking, but they open the gates at 6. There is a Huddle House 9 miles away with truck parking next to a Walmart. There’s enough spaces for 10 to 12 trucks there. At 4 am there were still 3 open spaces, may have been able to get more trucks in if people parked closer together. The Walmart says no trucks but there were a few parked there. You check in (need to know the dry weight of truck, go down the dirt path and up the small hill, turn around and park off the path to your right. Get loaded ( do not strap yet). Next weight your truck. If it’s less than 77000 they will add more, if needed they will take some off. Weigh again if needed. Get your paperwork then go around back ( you will be going around the side your truck will be facing when weighing) and strap. They require the yak app (tracking app). They were fast and courteous.I was going to give 4 stars only because there were no clear directions on procedures and no signage giving directions, but it really wasn’t that hard. I would go back there again.I arrived a little before 7 am and was out a little after 8. It would have been quicker if I hadn’t gotten ahead of myself and started strapping before weighing.
