1st off, the online booking platform couldn't be any easier to navigate. Simply select the base package, then select any add-ons. Select which date you want, you get a notification confirming your appointment. Then a follow-up message the day before. Love the professional feel of the whole process
Tammy was very welcoming when I brought my vehicle I'm and made sure to go over every detail before I left. When I came back to get my car, I was blown away at the quality of the service. She was able to get some major stains out of the carpet, reconditioned the leather and had exterior shining. Keep in mind this is a 2015 Touareg with 86k miles on it. I highly recommend Tammy (Precision Detail). This is a truly professional grade detailing service.

This is our second year using Precision Detail for our boat. I can’t say enough about them. They are very meticulous. Our boat always looks fabulous when they are done. Not only did they clean perfectly, they also waxed. We are extremely pleased with this company.

Precision Detail did an amazing job on my son’s Honda. My son passed away and he was so proud of his car. He went to the beach fishing often. The car was covered in sand and fishing hooks. The car looks like it did when it was new. The car smells so much better and the NC coast (sand) has been removed.

The team at Precision Detail did an amazing job detailing and repairing the finish of my heavily oxidized boat. The boat has a black hull that looked almost gray when we took it over there, now it looks brand new again and is ready for many boating seasons to come! They sent pictures throughout the entire process and kept us up-to-date on how it was looking, we are very happy with their communication and attention to detail.
