“I was in desperate need of 120 9x12 foam core 3/16" self adhesive boards for a trade show ( I was making them into counter display easels with the printed product sheets and the easel backs). I did the usual "google search" and found all the 'big guys" ( whom I will not waste mentioning as this review is for MatCutter, specifically Bing, who was the greatest help. ) I chose to use MatCutter because their prices seemed reasonable, but I also took a liking to the cartoon drawing of Bing's face on the website! I decided to pick up the phone and actually called the office and Bing answered! He worked with me and my desperate last minute needs and was able to 2nd day air my order and even with the upcharge on delivery, he was still a much better price than "the big guys". But the best part was the customer service and the feeling that I knew my boards would ship and arrive on time.. And they did and they were packaged so perfectly that not a single board was imperfect.... Excellent Customer Service. Amazing Prices.
