Where should I begin with this review... Well to start if you like being jerked around and throwing money away this is the store for you. Oh and the manager Edna well if you like being talked down to and no help what so ever she's the one you need speak with. Ordered a recliner chair a month ago I understood it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get it in then delivered that's fine but what isn't ok is when I called them for a status update they have no clue of any order they had earlier confirmed with me and I have a confirmation of purchase number for. Then the so called manager gets on the phone and thinks it's a joke. And can't take things seriously. Bottom line is this location is garbage be careful if you purchase anything from this location

I ordered a coffee table over a week ago. I called today to check on the status.. And nobody has any idea about this order. Signed papers and all! Very upsetting! Sad to know my order was never placed some how someway! Badcock will lose my business once my account is paid in full! This could of been handled differently! But unfortunately it was not!

I visited this store today and was greeted by a friendly young man who asked if I needed help with anything me and my wife told him we were just browsing and he politely told us if we needed anything to to come to him and he could answer any questions we had and then he gave us some space. So we start looking around and then this older woman comes up to us and pesters us to fill out a credit application and we decline she continues to follow us around and critique everything we do. She tell us not to pull on drawers not to lay on beds keep the cap on my drink etc... on top of that as I walk past the counter the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. Overall the single worst experience I’ve ever had while furniture shopping.

Awesome place but there ads are misleading.. Went to get washer and dryer set and ad said 24 month interest free and I have good credit and they said it wouldn't be interest free for that long, only 6 months.. ?
