Harlem Party Package is a small, local liquor store with a drive-thru. It is run by a kind and helpful woman who will go above and beyond to find specific items for customers. The selection is described as adequate, decent, and not huge, but with a little bit of this and that, including a whole wall of moonshine and some quality bourbons. Prices are reasonable and about average. The staff is nice and wonderful. A key feature is the shop dog, a giant horse of a Great Dane named Ruger, who provides a comfy experience and wants attention but will not bother you. The atmosphere is that of a great little liquor stop with good people, making it a beloved small town store.
