Newley employed at the Post Office and looking to move closer. Ms. Kayla was amazing when giving me a tour. This facility has great amenities and I already felt at home. Really hoping to live here.

Beware the apartments are beautiful they are very nice inside and the grounds are wonderful. Just be very careful with the Leasing office. I was discriminated against because I am a Veteran that was receiving help from the VA and Hope Atlanta. At first the staff was great but as soon as they found out I was receiving assistance that ended they became cold. I was set to move in on a Friday afternoon the lease had been sent to my email and signed by me and then signed by the manager and sent back to me. ( and I have the signed lease saved on my computer) I came into the office Friday afternoon after I got off work to pay my portion of the money owed. I was informed that they had not received the second check the leasing agent acted like she called someone in the home office then came back and said until they received all the checks I could not get the keys ( this in itself is a normal procedure) but to just put someone out on the street especially a veteran who served this Country for 20 years is down right dirty. All the agent could do was run out of the office to a BBQ. Then Monday morning I called to see if the second check came in and was told no not yet. By Monday afternoon I called again and was informed that they were not going to move forward and I could not move there. So now that I have power connected and renters insurance paid and mail forwarded to a new address. I am still having to find a place to live. Moral of this is believe only half of what you read and none of what you hear. This leasing office can not be trusted so please beware when dealing with them. And if you are getting any type of assistance with the cost then they probably will discriminate against you.

Omarah, the leasing agent was super professional and friendly. Had a great experience with her for my tour. Hope that I will be able to live here in the near future.

Best place to live, work, and laugh. Very clean and well managed. Tamia is so great to work with! Very friendly and thoughtful. Although, I had a short lease - I had friends visit the Porshe experience across the street a couple of times, there is great entertainment and food in the area as well. Accessible to 85 which was a major plus to get downtown. I enjoyed my experience.

I toured this property last week for a family member who’s moving in town. Tamia the leasing member was extremely helpful. She was super thorough and knowledgeable. I recommend Signal such a beautiful fresh feel. Ask for Tamia she’s amazing!

I recently toured with Tamia. I really liked the apartment community and was ready to apply. At the last moment I found out my job was transferring me out of state. Tamia provided me with such an awesome experience that I referred two of my friends to Signa. They applied and moved in. Their experience dealing with Tamia was just as good according to them. If I ever move back to Georgia I'm leasing with Tamia.

I have lived in several apartment complexes across Georgia, but The Signal Apartments are by far the most favorable apartments in which I have ever resided. This high-end, gated community gives you the feel of a resort (minus the all-inclusive amenities ha!)The management staff, Tangela and Taylor, are the perfect duo! Their style of management is highly professional, and these two ladies get the job done. They perform at a peak level to maintain a pristine property. Whether they are making sure tenants clean up after their pets, ensuring a smoke-free environment, or enforcing the “no tailgating” policy at the entrance, they set the bar high. These excellent rules and procedures are in place to maintain the property in its immaculate state and keep us safe. All apartment complexes should strive for this level of excellence.Additionally, the apartments are brand new! They are beautiful inside and out with awesome amenities. I love the fact that we are close to the airport (you could probably walk if you’re traveling without luggage ha!). We are within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. My favorite is the newly renovated Chick-fil-A Dwarf House. There is also a small grocery store and a spirit store nearby to help entertain your guests. This is, by far, the BEST apartment complex on the south side.With that said, if you like luxury, stainless steel appliances, beautiful scenery, great location, prestige status, amenities to keep you entertained, and a safe environment, The Signal Apartments is the place for you!

I love this complex, I feel secure, the proximity to the airport is very convenient for me. This a smoke free place, but some times I can smell smoke being at my porch, neighbors know that is prohibited to smoke in the property, it could result in bad consequences for them. Other than that, I recommend this apartments one hundred percent.

I've been here a few months and I love it! The staff and people are friendly and quick to respond to any questions . The Apartment Life events & Signal experience adds a nice touch to help ppl network and build community. Application and move in was smooth. amenities are awesome. Gym isn't too busy!

I'm not a resident here, but my girlfriend is. My girlfriend and I have been specifically targeted by staff after a disagreement with Taylor (front office staff). The disagreement was over my dog being in the park without me being physically inside the gate with him (I was standing 5 feet from the front gate). At that time there were no locks, and no other dogs inside the park. The sign states that the owner must watch their dog, not physically be inside of the park. In addition, the staff has made several false accusations regarding my dog barking continuously and doors being slammed. My girlfriend has now received two violations, with the third resulting in eviction. The staff claims they have evidence of our unruly behavior, but have yet to provide the evidence after we have asked for proof multiple times. We have attempted to call and email the staff, but per their usual unprofessional behavior they refuse to answer our calls and emails. I would like to note, that I have medically diagnosed heart problems and my dog is a certified ADA dog. The staff has made both my girlfriend and I feel as though I can't bring my dog to their complex. The only reason I have not pursued an attorney is because of my girlfriend being targeted for a third violation. This apartment complex has horrible management and acts extremely unprofessional. If you sign the contract, read through it thoroughly. Management can pretty much just put you on their hit list if they don't like you and dictate everything you and your party does! Words of wisdom

I moved in at the beginning of April 2023. I waited to post my review because I wanted to give an honest long term review of the place. I will agree, “READ YOUR LEASING AGREEMENT”. I had a chance to interact with the kind and caring Taylor before moving in and she forwarded the leasing agreement to me and allowed me the opportunity to even ask questions about the leasing agreement over the week span before committing on this apartment. She responded to all my leasing inquiries within a timely and respectful manner. The staff as a whole are attentive, caring, and respectful. They will hold you accountable to the leasing agreement, and you can also hold them accountable to their part of maintaining the apartment properties, and amenities. The Maintnance team is phenomenal as well. I had a few hiccups upon move in that were fixed right away. My rent is on the higher side in Hapeville GA. Couple of attributing factors include; location and amenities. The apartment is within a 5 minute drive to Hartsfield-Jackson Jackson Atlanta International Terminal, and 10-20 main from the domestic terminal dependent upon Atlanta traffic. It is 2 minutes away from the Porsche Center, and ten minutes away from the Delta Museum. The East Point MARTA Station is a 12min drive from the apartment. Signal Apartment amenities include: Clubhouse, Sky Lounge to view the planes landing and taking off, pool, parking, and in unit washer and dryer. The Amenities are well maintained. I will point out that this apartment is new. Please be patient with the construction projects. Signal Apartment staff does make every attempt to contact their residents if there are going to be minor disruptions in the resident’s experience due to construction projects. There will also be some noise from incoming or outgoing atlanta airport traffic. Side note too is that Amazon sometimes has trouble delivering packages correctly or at all to this location, based off of my several experiences with them. Don’t let that stop you from considering this to be your forever home or your temporary place of residence. Office Hours will vary so please be sure to look on the signal apartments website. Right now it is Monday - Friday 9AM -6PM, and Saturday 10AM - 5PM. They are closed on Sundays. They also have a courtesy officer that patrols the property. You have two choices of internet providers here at this complex. Google Fiber, or Xfinity. You also have easy access to the 75, and 85 highway’s.

I’ve been living here since June. My stay here so far has been somewhat nostalgic. It reminds of my college dorms. The infrastructure is beautiful but it’s not worth the pay. The staff will lure you in with charisma and courtesy as a visitor but once you’re a resident, the overwhelming kindness cease to exist. The assistant manager Taylor has a reputation of being very contentious. Multiple residents have had issues with her being condescending. No need to contact the office about something that isn’t fixable. The amenities are relatively small expect to be fined if you want to have extra guests at the pool. Something as small as Babysitting isn’t even allowed. I want to advise others to PLEASE READ THE LEASE BEFORE YOU FINALIZE YOUR DECISION. ALL GLITTER ISN'T GOLD. This luxury community is a continuation college stuck in between two liquor stores and a smoke shop.
