I always have a pleasant experience at this service center and Chloe is the absolute best! She is such a hard worker and has a great attitude! She always greets you with a smile and makes you feel like you are a priority. As long as Chloe is there, I would not go anywhere else.

I had a great experience at this service center. I was welcomed by the sweet Ms. Cookie with excellent customer service in the front and I was assisted by Zain with the service of my vehicle and he was very punctual and answered all of my questions. I will be returning to this center for my future business! Thank you guys again.

I dropped off my 2020, 911 on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, For a PCM error message of ( Emergency Call Function error Service Necessary). I was told by Chloe it could take a couple of day to diagnose the problem. Two days passed no communication on the status of my car. I text the number they provided with no response. While waiting on a response i check the link that suppose to track the status of my service, the website had not been updated since I dropped it off on October 25, 2023. I called the service center and left a message for Chloe to call me regarding the status of my car. After a couple hours pass with no response, I emailed Daniel Joffe. He response with in a few mintues. He stated”Hey Jerry, sorry for the lack of communication. Yamil has been working on trying to figure out the cause of the pending codes that were in the system. The car has yet to produce an active and current fault, so it is hard to know what actually caused that message. We can keep testing, but as of right now the car is not producing a fault for us to tackle.” Not to drag this review out any longer, needless to say Tuesday October 31, i received a email from Daniel stating they found a coaxial cable that sends the GPS location to the PCM has an open/break. He stated it should take a couple days to get the cable and a couple hours to replace. Today November 2, no cable. Received a email fro Daniel that the cable has not been shipped by Porsche. It took five days to figure out there was a Coaxial cable break. Today is November 2, (eight days after dropping my car off without a loader car). I have no-idea as to when my car will be repaired. I have not received one phone call to discuss possible solutions. I can not express how disappointed i am with the lack of service, and follow-up with a simple issues that could be resolved in so many options if there were a focus on customer service. I have a Mercedes Benz and have owned Mercedes for the past 30 years. I have never experienced the lack of customer service as i have with Porsche of South Atlanta. I do not need another hollow apology with no solution. There is no point in apologizing for the poor customer service if you are going to continue providing the same poor customer service.Service: Electrical

This place is literally one of the reasons I sold my Porsche. Horrible customer service. Extremely long wait times. They assign you to associates who you are supposed to text/call but it is a terrible service. Whenever my car needed something, I dreaded coming here. Even with an appointment, you’re there for hours. One time I had an appointment to get my AC fixed. They ended up keeping my car for over 2 weeks after I was there for over 2 hours. Didn’t give me a replacement car because they “didn’t have any available”. I understand receiving parts takes time so I that wasn’t even an issue for me (although they originally told me it would only take a few days). My issue is that there was no communication. After my car was there 6 days I texted Zain to see if there was an update, no response. 7 days later I texted again asking for an update, and finally received one the next day. It was another 3 days before my car was ready. I went over 2 weeks without a car and they didn’t care.Another time I called ahead and spoke to Chloe and mentioned that my signal light was out. She told me to “come on in because they’re not busy now”. I get there and it takes 45 min for them to take my car back. I ask Chloe how long this will take because I only came in today because she told me it would be quick. She told me “well you are a walk-in so we are trying to fit you in” when she was the one who told me to come in over the phone. After more time passed I asked her to go check on my car because I had an appointment to get to. She does and tells me that my light is actually an LED strip and they will need to order the parts but they should be in tomorrow and they will call and let me know. They could have looked at my car immediately and told me it was an LED strip instead of making me wait all that time. Then she sits back at her desk and grumbles about how she missed a call that she had been waiting on when she went to go check on the car. 12 days later and still no call about the light. Instead I get a text from Chloe asking to rate my service visit. I told her that I still hadn’t been serviced. She told me she would check on the parts for my light and let me know. 3 days later, no response. I called and texted and nothing. After the third day she texts me and tells me they mixed me up with another customer and asked if I could come in next week. I said yes. She didn’t reply back for 3 days. After the third day I texted asking when I could come in and still got no response. I called and no response. So I finally called the service center number and not Chloe’s. It directed me to Chloe and I was finally able to speak to her and come in for my car.It really is a major inconvenience having to come here. Makes having a Porsche not worth it.Service: Air conditioning

I try this place bc it's close to me. It's new and clean but the service is trash. I pull up for a service appt and I'm never greeted at my car. I have to get out and locate a service advisor. They seem to always be understaffed. There's 1 other customer here and yet there is a wait time? You pay for these luxury cars to get luxury service. I'll try another dealership next time. Top tier customer service is why I pay these prices!!! Get it together!

Great staff, friendly and professional.Very clean waiting area and a short walk to the Porsche Experience Center.
