Excellent local Metro by T Mobile. All Employees very helpful. Former ATT subscriber for over 25 years and saved a fortune. I also have their wifi router which is outstanding.

I was in the city for a vacation and stopped to get troubleshooting for my phone. The young lady provided excellent customer service and fixed the problem and suggested that when I returned home to go to my local store as a follow-up.

This is completely for CHRISTINE at this location in hapeville,ga. She is genius. I was having such technical difficulties with service, in store 3 times, on phone with 1800 customer service4 times blah blah blah Christine was last ditch effort in store help. She deserves a raise/promotion/accolades/a prize/ a celebration! She thought outside the box to get a reality to my cell issues.She is brilliant and really saved the day! Thank you Christine! I appreciate you! You did an exceptional job!
