This hotel employs shockingly incompetent staff. At 5 AM, on our way to the airport, we called the front desk to confirm the shuttle for the parking spot we booked a month in advance. The receptionist, Donna, assured us the shuttle runs every 30 minutes with no mention of parking availability. We arrived a few minutes later only to be told that their parking was full and we had to park elsewhere 1hr before our flight. We manage to find a parking ourselves last minute and had to Uber to the airport because we missed the shuttle.
On our return, I called the front desk to request the shuttle from the airport. Now, 45 minutes later, I’m still waiting. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Great place to stay, was greeted as soon as I walk in, stay 4 nights and every day they made my bed, and change out the towels in the bathroom, it's trucker friendly also (bobtail only), the have free continental breakfast i recommend the bagels with cream cheese, there is an ihop restaurant walking distance from the hotel, it's right off i-75, and a few restaurants a bit of a walking distance
Rooms: Rooms are your average, pretty clean and good size shower
Walkability: Restaurants at walking distance
Food and drinks: Free continental breakfast, coffee, water orange juice

Staff was great, room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again.
Rooms: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Food and drinks: The breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious.

Great location with flair. Coffee, tea abundant. lemon water was also served. The rooms are clean and tidy as you would expect from Holiday Inn Express Suites. location is good and very easy to reach. safe environment. mc donalds within reach for those who get late in the evening.
Safety: Supervised car parking.

Very nice quite place just about 8 minutes away from down town Atlanta
Its about 2 minutes away from I-75/85 for easy connections to other destination, has a shuttle for airport pickups

Do not ever park here. Shuttle is a nightmare. The name on the shuttle is different than the Hotel. Hotel receptionist hung up on us both times we called for shuttle when I asked for further info. She said we must have missed first shuttle. I said absolutely not we were right here. She said she call them again to return. The shuttle guy got out of shuttle and yelled for Holiday Inn. We’re lucky we heard him. There’s 150 people and 6 spots for shuttles. It took 50 minutes to finally get the shuttle. The receptionist should have informed us to look for the shuttle with ANOTHER NAME on it. She should be reprimanded if not fired. 9/26 at 9 pm. We’re sticking with Peachy Parking. Never again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everybody at the front desk was very kind and did a great job at going over all the amenities once I arrived. I especially like the fact that the parking lot is gated from multiple sides. Parking is $10/day. My room was very clean and housekeeping changed out my towels while I was out. The free breakfast was also good. There are enough choices for everybody. They offer water/coffee all day in the lobby. It's conveniently located right off the freeway and not too far from downtown Atlanta and even closer to College Park. I'll definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn on North Central Avenue, and my experience with one of the staff members, Jessica, was beyond unacceptable. Jessica approached me under the guise of offering assistance but instead solicited me to pay extra for a shuttle ride to the International Terminal. This charge was not disclosed when I booked the hotel, and I felt pressured into paying because I had no other immediate options and ride-share prices were high.
What’s more alarming is that this arrangement seemed completely unofficial and underhanded. Jessica communicated with the driver in a way that made it clear this was not a standard service but something she was personally profiting from. Additionally, I noticed signs inside the shuttle asking for tips, which added to the feeling that guests are being taken advantage of. As a guest, I was shocked and deeply uncomfortable that I was being put in this situation.
Beyond this, the shuttle driver was extremely reckless speeding and driving in a way that made me fear for my safety. It is appalling that Holiday Inn would allow such dangerous and unprofessional behavior to occur, especially from staff who are supposed to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for their guests.
This kind of misconduct is not only unethical but reflects terribly on the Holiday Inn brand. I strongly urge management to take immediate and decisive action regarding Jessica’s behavior. If this is how staff members are allowed to operate, I can’t see myself ever returning to this location or recommending it to others.
For the safety and trust of future guests, this issue must be addressed.

Janett the front desk clerk spoke with me on the phone then hung up. We exchanged hellos then I said I needed a room modification and she hung up. I called back and said “I think you may of hung up on me” and her response was “ok and?” She continued to shrug me off and say to call IHG.com directly for my issue. Later there was an issue with my husband checking in and even though we have the same credit card she denied him. It’s happens though so I wasn’t too worried. When I left my event to come check in I mentioned the earlier phone call (how rude it was) and she said I was upset and bitter because she denied my husband the ability to check in. I understand we all have bad days but this was out of hand and blatantly rude. Not what I need after a long day of traveling.

Perfect location. 12 minutes from airport. Donna was very professional and accommodating upon check in. Housekeeping staff friendly. Rooms clean.

Rooms: Clean and cozy, you have all amenities of home!
Safety: I feel very safe as you need a card to enter on premise!
Food and drinks: Breakfast daily, great food!
Noteworthy details: Staff always there to assist when needed! They are attitudes are Lovely, warm and hospitable!

Do not reserve this location for parking! The attendants are extremely rude. See other reviews. Definitely not worth the hassle of their free shuttle, just a complete pain to deal with. Avoid!!
