I went for an estimate on repairing my heat on my Civic. Well the mechanic looked at it and immediately told me I needed a thermostat and system flush. He did it explained trouble spots on my car and they charged me less than they originally quoted my tears of gratitude can’t be explained but the Lord knew I needed an interaction with people of integrity and I’m grateful for their professionalism and honesty my words cannot express how grateful I am

When my regular mechanic ran into a problem with his diagnosistic equipment, he recommended that I try Hapeville Radiator. Don't let the name fool you, because they do far more than radiators. They are full service repair. Mr. Rusty was quick to jump on the diagnosis, and called me with a treatment plan. Water pump was going bad, and I had a leaky valve cover on the engine. Lucky for me, these things were found before any serious damage to the engine. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks fellas!! You're the best!! ?

My car has been in their care for more than a month at this point . They still " don't know yet" and that is the most unprofessional thing I've heard yet . Remind you I call them if not everyday then every other day . Still a month later and I keep getting the same answer and now whoever keeps answering the phone is a rude a** d******* . After I asked if it was something they could ACTUALLY FIX he told me of I didn't want to wait then to tow it elsewhere which is exactly what I'm about to do . It shouldn't take a car place over a month to find out why my car won't start . So I will Definitely be "checking out elsewhere" . I just hope they didn't sabotage anything because I kept calling trying to figure out my cars issues and possible pricing . I highly recommend to skip past this place and just go somewhere else . It's not worth the hassle , time or ATTITUDE from people who don't know sh*t about cars .

Labor is five stars because my car is fixed and running good, but as far as customer service horrible. My car was left unlocked on property by owner and mind you it was only my car what a coincidence. My personal property and belongings was stolen and the owner did nothing. My things was in my truck and no one should have even been in my truck in first place when the problem that needed to be fixed was under my hood. No partial refund, no apology no nothing. I was proceeding to file a police report but it was no point especially when I saw the sign posted about personal belongings and car damages. The shop does good labor work but please be mindful if you have to leave your car here over night or for a couple of days because the owner is very inconsiderate of your property and doesn’t care what happens to it. I also found a crack pipe in my arm rest and whoever was in my car took my shoes and my clothes and took my registration papers to my car which was d**** I will never receive or leave my car here again for service and I hope this review help someone. Please remove all belongings before leaving your car here to get service because the employees or the owner will leave your car doors unlocked purposely for someone to go in it.
