I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to write a review for these guys but I’ll just come right out and say it….. BEST LOCATION EVER.I prioritize using this location because they are just so friendly. Every time I’ve gone in over the years the staff greets many customer’s by name. I don’t go that often but its nice to see that there are businesses that still make this personal connection.Please keep it up. I plan on coming back for years to come.

The lost a customer I mean we did ground on frozen juice and they let the package sir for two day and then moved it awful many delays and lying about ship date there was a long line a lady was on her phone and we had to ask her to help us and didn’t seem she wanted that job

The staff take time with you and help you with everything from the forms to packing etc. It's always a good experience when I ship from this location and I can be assured my package will arrive at its destination when promised.

QR code holders for label printing beware. I was refused service as they would not print my label with a prepaid QR. They say they can do it on the website and their are signs at the desk saying they can. I was refused service at 3:30pm on September 12th. My business account has a contract with FedEX and I would like to be contacted. The workers said they didn’t have a printer as I watched them print a label. Really unhappy people work there but I wish them well.

Janelle and Daphne were awesome! I didn’t think anyone would be so helpful with the amount of shipping assistance I needed but they went above and beyond helping me. I think this is my new FedEx!
