I was a walk in and Mr. Booker and his staff treated me like VIP. I wanted quotes and comparisons and Mr. Booker himself sat down with me and thoroughly gave me options. Noted, I walked in at lunchtime!With a thorough consultation that was unexpected, Mr. Booker was warm, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the insurance market. The ability to provide the options and a resolution to an insurance challenge my family was facing quickly exceeded my expectations.I really commend the prompt service provided.
