“tried to upgrade my phone, wasted almost a day with verizon support retarded representatives (8 of them actually!!!), finally find the phone myself in the closest store. called the store, confirmed with Mario.
Later stopped by the store- there was an issue with the Verizon system vs. Store's system (won't be surprised). But Mario kindly called the Verizon and figured out the solution. Also helped me to navigate through the new phone set up, even offered me a sweet Father's day deal on new Samsung watch! If you ever contacted Verizon support chat - you should know how ridiculous it is. I wish more guys like Mario were around to make our life easier! I recommend him if you have any phone/ verizon issues! Tnx brother!”

“Picked up a battery from this location (Conley) and I certainly can tell you that they are very knowledgeable. The prices of the batteries are very reasonable ie. went to buy a battery for my Lexus at the dealer and was told no one has that battery, wanted to charge close to $300.00 and I got it at M.B.E for around $180+. Will definitely return and refer this location to others.”

“I arrived around 10am so I decided to take a chance and visited this location only because I was right next door at Kroger's, The Sales Rep was nice very knowledgeable she eased my worries by signing me up for this program and she was also well equipped with information on all the phones . I did t want to break my bank so I went with the Moto G 2022. This device is very good and it's very sleak I am impressed . I told her Manager that she very nice and that she needed a raise.”

“Paul and Alex!! Thank you so much for making a stressful situation better. I'm in town for the holidays and of course destroyed my phone lol. Immediately I was acknowledged as soon as I stepped into the store. Friendly smiles greeted me initially Alex had been helping but Paul swooped right in and took over. Three or four customers came in right after me. Small shop but great variety of phones. Lots of "Girly" phone cases which I often complain about not having access to. But they have pink, floral, intricate patterns, nature etc feminine designs. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend them.”

They really is some kind of electronics fixing master wizard working there because they had the magic touch. I brought in some delicate and difficult to repair equipment that is no longer made and they somehow found the replacement parts in a few days that I had been searching for almost 3 months. “My phone's battery was swelling. I had to decide if I was going to buy another phone from Metro PCS or switch to another company. I decided to pay a visit to this T-Mobile location.
As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and asked your name to add to a waiting list. I waited maybe 10 minutes and was called. My salesperson was named Quenton. Very nice person. He listened to what I wanted then offered suggestions. Originally, I wanted a Samsung phone that was going to cost me for the phone itself. He showed me the Galaxy S23 FE. It had the space I needed and an upgraded camera from what I had now. I was also able to get a watch.
Everything was going fine until I tried to make a phone call before I left. Turns out my phone number was ported to the watch instead of the phone. Quenton patiently called support and got it worked out. Other staff also helped as well. Even though I was there past closing time on a Friday night, no one displayed being upset about it or treated me in a disrespectful manner. They worked as a team to get it resolved.
I will definitely visit this location again if I need something and also because they had good deals for someone who is switching over. As long as I was able to keep my phone number, I was happy.”
