Very good service. I came in for a urine drug test for my job and it went very smoothly. I will say though, you will be waiting for about 1 hour or more in the lobby. But the wait is worth it.

This location is Head and shoulders above the location in Conley on Hwy 42.
At least here they try to get you in and out. Cleaner and more professional. I much prefer this location over Hwy 42. I won't be going back to hwy 42 ever again.

I honestly don’t understand who supervises this urgent care. I read over a dozen reviews about the same thing. Waiting hours because the doctor wants to take their time. I was sitting here for over 3 hours and counting. No one checks on you in the waiting room or sitting in the back waiting for the doctor. What kind of medical health care is this!! There is no care in the world for their patients.

Everything went in a timely manner and took care of me well. The only thing I felt could have been better, was upon coming into the clinic, it took too long for anyone to acknowledge me like 8 to 10 minutes.

My experience was great and very well appreciated. I was greeted by the front desk administration clerk with a warm welcome. I was checked in. I filled out all necessary paperwork required for a drug test visit for my full time janitor job. I sat in lobby for about 1 hour , my name was called. I took my test. They printed my verification proof of my visit and I was told my results would be emailed to my job within 2 - 3 business days. My drug test at this site was excellent.

If you have to go here for a drug screen expect to sit there for a minimum of an hour. I went there after waking up and urgently needing to go to the restroom but remembered that the drug screen needed to be done. I sat a hour just to go in a cup. The front desk ppl working were rude and carefree of the agony and pain I was experiencing. Never have I ever waited that long for a screening on top of dealt with unprofessional nurses no matter their licensing level. Clearly bedside manners is a course that needs to be revisited.
