Their work is subpar. I’ve tried them multiple times bc they’re one of the few places open on a Sunday but every time I have to walk them through how to do my pedicure. They act like they don’t know what square means and always round out my toes. The polish isn’t smooth and I told her that multiple times while in the chair then when I complained at the front she offered to fix it. It’s just lazy work & carelessness.Service: Pedicure

My sisters and I just left this salon. We were not serviced properly. One of my sisters were able to be seated but they had her wait over 15 minutes. My other sister did not get asked what type of nail service she needed and I did but never got serviced. A Caucasian woman walked in “AFTER US” and was able to pick her nail color, get seated and serviced before my sisters and I. We all left. WE will not be visiting this nail salon anymore. Piss, poor customer service.

There is a different price each and every time I go there. I get the same thing done to my nails, I was told that there was a charge to file the nails down, however that has and always has been a part of the service at any nail salon.The integrity of it all.

I walked in, no one acknowledged me for at least 3-5 mins as I watched 2 people walk right in and get waited on. Finally someone said "We're kind of busy so have a seat and we will be with you soon. Decided not to support a business that did not value my existence.

Pretty decent customer service. Nail work is great but I didn’t like it when I had my hands worked on when I was trying to relax in the massage chair. They can do better to relax guests.

bliss nails doesn’t deserve any stars. gel polish started chipping in two days. they wanted me to pay to redo manicure. technician told me i was the only one to call with chip complaint. i wouldn’t recommend the devil to nail bliss.Services: Pedicure

I got a gel pedicure a week ago tomorrow. My gel is already lifting on all my toe nails and one of them is missing half the polish already. Very poor quality...my gel pedicures normally last over a month.Service: Pedicure

I have been a customer for years. I had an experience that I've never had. today. I called ahead, waited for 20 minutes and Lillie did a poor job. I've never been charged $50 for gel but this was a first. Lillie obviously was in a bad mood, they did not stamp my card and did not mention using 3 colors would cost so much. Good bye bliss forever.A lost and unhappy customer. I will never return again.Service: Gel manicures

Ellen was ridiculously rude to me. Went in for a pedicure and to have one nail repaired. During my pedicure, I told her the water was too hot. She turned it all the way down to the coldest setting and walked away. Then when I said it was too cold she turned it on scolding hot and went “too cold, waah waah waah.” Then in the course of repairing my nail, when she was putting on the clear coat, she literally mopped it on my fingernail *and* my finger. When I told her and asked her to clean the polish off of my finger she said “just go wash your hands.” She was very rude for no reason . Won’t be back.Service: Dip powder

Love my nails and pedicure. Q was my nail artist and for the first time I actually felt one hundred satisfied with my nail style and color choice. The place is swanky, modern and spacious. Price is comparable to the market currently. I will be returning as long as Q is available I'll be returning.

I really liked this place until it came to pricing. $40 for SNS is reasonable, but they charged me an extra $5 for almond shape, which they did not mention anything about until it was time to pay (AFTER the service was done). I was happy to have found a nice shop near me, but I won't be back because of their dishonest pricing. I think that if there is an up charge for anything, the nail tech should be clear and upfront about it before the service.

Staff are impatient, and talk about their guest ( in their native language) The pedicure quality has gone DOWNHILL. Heels still feel HARD. The worker refused to do anything about it. Asked her very nicely if she could scrub a bit harder ( because it felt like my 3 year old was scrubbing) She ignored me and continued to put lotion on my feet. After repeatedly telling the worker that my heels were still hard, she got up and left! I asked if another technician can finish my service, so said “no”. IF THE CUSTOMER POLITELY TELLS YOU that your work isn’t acceptable…. Why is it so hard to fix it? If you’re too weak to scrub, get someone else to do it. How is it that I was able to use the same little purple scrubber to achieve what I spent 20 minutes asking for!? So basically, I DID MY OWN FEET! Will NEVER patronize this ignorant business again. Take your money elsewhere. Save yourself the headache. ZERO STARS for bliss nails.

I went against my better judgment and came here to get my eyebrows waxed, cause they’re around the corner from me & my brow lady is in Marietta. But I should’ve went to Marietta. I have always received compliments on my thick full eyebrows that perfectly framed my face & when I laid down on the table I told the lady more than once exactly what to do, how to shape them… to keep them thick & full, how to do the arch etc. Not only are my arches not symmetrical, but they are SO THIN! I now have to buy a brow serum and grow my brows all the way back out before getting them waxed again. && with the way the waxer was snapping my head from side to side, you’d think she did chiropractic adjustments on the side. No thank you.
