Very nice hotel, with large rooms. our room was newly renovated and had a large bathroom. One of the best BW we have had in the USA. Karl welcomed us. He was very friendly, attentive and professional. We were absolutely satisfied and would like to come back when we are back in Atlanta.

I’m a platinum memberNever experienced staying in such a low quality hotel. I expected more being located near the airport.Phone not working I call lobby and ask to bring me a phone for a wake-up call as I needed to catch a flight at 3am and she said “WHAT U WANT ME TO DO” with an attitude.Breakfast is nothing compared to all other best western I been to. Barely anything to choose and not fresh.I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

A concrete slab would be a significant upgrade to the beds. Never have I ever thought hurling myself from a 4th story balcony onto the parking lot would be more comfortable than laying in a bed… until now.

Convenient Location, close to the ATL airport. Rooms were cozy and service was great. The breakfast spread was good! Will definitely stay again!

The hotel is in the middle of renovations, the improvements are nice. Apparently, they won't take you to the "International " side of the airport with the shuttle, you'll have to take a cab...Rooms: Some room have been updated.. they are very nice.

I was supposed to have 5 our sleep before my flight , attitude of receptionist was extremely horrible. First of all , he offered higher rate per night then when I told him already booked via booking he start offering lower rate then booking. Secondly , he asked for 100 USD as incidental insurance and I paid & asked for a receipt but he shouted and rejected to give any proof of the payment. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my booking as well as my membership with Best Western.I don’t recommend coming here at all. Don’t be trap as I did based on previous reviews.

This one was a tough one. We did several stays, relatively close together & I'll start with the front desk staff - EXCELLENT!! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Popping over to the shuttle- it can be difficult to get on arrival at the airport. Keep in mind they service multiple hotels and each driver apparently has their own policies. We had 1 tell us there was no need to call as it's first come first served. On our way back through, the driver was pretty hot that we hadn't called, as he was there when we walked out of the airport (& the hubs asked if there was room/ he said yes/ then went a lil off the handle.) You do list for the morning pick up & the morning driver was yet a different person and he was fantastic & happy to share tips for our return. So, basically it's luck of the draw. Back over to the front desk. We had 7 days between our stays & I'd left my insulated water bottle on the bench when we left. We asked about lost & found, laughing as we told the story & the gal said she thought that they had it. The did! Never in a million years did I expect that! She followed with asking about room preferences & I said I just wanted to watch the planes- she changed the room to one with a better view of DL. I really can't speak highly enough of the people we encountered at the desk. The room was clean. The bed was comfy. I watched planes til I passed out & woke up to the same. This will be our new ATL layover hotel. Just be sure to call the hotel before taking the shuttle in case the driver wants you to - or grab an Uber if the timing is off (shuttle runs about every 30min, Uber took 5min & prices reasonably. We ordered Delivry & never left the room.

10/10. Everyone was so nice and pleasant, perfect spot after a flight. They stay in communication and let you know what's going on with shuttles, etc. Front desk is amazing
