Do not go to this auto repair shop, especially if it’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon because the mechanics don’t wanna work they want to go home. She’ll do whatever they have to do really really fast and charge you for it and I do a complete thorough job. I thought Mechanics diagnosed auto problems before they completed work but this place is goal is just to get you to sign the estimate and do the work at their leisure and confuse you oh and the woman at the front counter does not communicate with the mechanics at all with the customer say it doesn’t matter Trust me go someplace else

I had previous experience with Benefield’s so I knew what to expect. They were fast, efficient, and went over and above what was expected. They even updated my computer screen, and brought it back online, as a courtesy! Excellent service!

This place is great! They are very trustworthy in my personal opinion, they do their best and give you a great price. If you refuse a service they don't try to hassle you to get it done , which I appreciate. They do their jobs very efficiently.

Brought my car in for the first time for an oil change and it took all day. I got it back the next day and the engine light came on. I was able to take it back in the day after and they said it was a sensor and it would cost $800 to fix. I declined, took the car to another mechanic who informed me that my oil was extremely overfilled, to the point where it looked like they never drained the old oil from the car. I got new oil and a new gas cap and guess what? The light went off.

I was ripped off and lied to.
Was quoted 700 for the job then I got a call that it is actually will be a double. They told me they need to put 2 more parts that are nearly $800 and has to come from a dealer. I ask if they are sure if it has to be trom honda. Total was close to $1600, then the next fix suppose to be an alternator that they quoted over $900. I was in shock with them and after i got home looked at prices on line that they are 1/4 of what they charge here.
Went back to talk to them about the parts the outrageous prices for the parts... they said I could brought the parts in if I wanted to but they would not be responsible... I said this is what I would have preferred but they gave me no such option on the phone and stated that it HAS to come from the dealer when they worked on my car. They lied to me and I do not take it lightly. This is just a part of the story....came for another issue car had and they could not find what was causing it. The owner of the place was a jerk and just wanted me out the door. He definitely was not a problem solver but a BUSINESS MAN.
I GOT RIPPED OFF IN THIS PLACE! Do not give this man your money
