“Do not be discouraged by the negative past reviews. Since new management took over around 6 months ago, this apartment community has completely revamped everything. Our apartment was renovated weeks before moving in and the design of our 1 bedroom unit is fantastic.A huge shout out to Kloe and the rest of the management team for being nothing but warm, welcoming, and easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend Cortland (on Ponce, specifically) to anyone that is interested in living in arguably the best spot to be in downtown Decatur!”

“Sorry for the late review but I move in like three weeks ago and all I can say is that I’m very satisfied with my place.When applying they had great customer service and answer the phone when needed if I had any questions. Saire Mathis made it a breeze with everything I needed to know, she was nice and everybody else had welcoming positive energy.Rent is Reasonable you don’t get what you get everywhere else and the area is super clean and nice and it’s close to everything you need.I can see why the price is the way it is, you pay more for nicer things.i just don’t understand why y'all get attacked, But that’s my opinion.Thank you all for accepting into your community I’m very appreciated ????.”

“The ENTIRE office staff was amazing during my move. The unit is more than what I needed and the neighbors are super sweet. This area is very quiet and the property is very well kelp. The only con was moving in, it was dog poop all in the front area which I assume it will cease since they know someone is occupying the unit.”
“After Morehouse College abruptly announced that they were overenrolled and would not have on-campus housing for all students, I was left in a panic about being able to find safe housing within walking distance to campus. Morehouse had done this before, and when I could not locate safe housing, I had my son stay in NYC and take classes at a local university. However, this time when Morehouse kicked their students to the street, I was fortunate to deal with Jasmin, the Assistant Community Manager at Entra West End. Jasmin went above and beyond in every aspect, helping me to identify off-campus housing options. In addition, Jasmin was sympathetic to my parental needs to ensure that my son would find safe housing and placed my son on the waitlist (as Entra was full). A short time later, Jasmin contacted me to inform me that a room had become available. She was patient, answered all my questions, and provided recommendations for local furniture rentals. It has been such a pleasure to work with Jasmin–and I feel comfortable knowing that my son will be within the Entra community as he completes his last year at Morehouse.”
