I get daily emails with pictures of my daily delivery, every morning at 730 am. I was expecting a certified letter and got the email it would be delivered. I was home all day for the last three days to sign for it. I watched my delivery driver put stuff in my box and keep going all three days. I would say too lazy to stop for that signature. It’s now been 4 days and no delivery of my letter.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this place but something is not right. Twice I have received other people packages in my mailbox and I have went out of my way and delivered their packages myself. Today my son was expecting a package in our box, the carrier leaves a key for us to get our package out the bottom box we open it up no package at all this time. Now we have to wait until tomorrow to see where his package is. I’m so furious!

Absolutely NOT ok. The attitude my husband received IMMEDIATELY before he could even explain he had a code to scan was DISGUSTING! He was yelled some sassy, degrading remark about them not taking orders that weren't packaged and then immediately SHOOING him away telling him to go get a box... ALL before him even opening his mouth!! Then once he did finally get out that he had a code for a PRIORITY shipment and that there wasn't a box that it even came in.... he still doesn't even get an apology! Do better!!!

I haven’t been receiving my mail for quite some time, went into the post office. Ms Beverly listened, understood my dilemma, the post office was busy and Ms Andrea jumped on the investigation. These ladies understood my issue, heard me and got the situation corrected. YOU LADIES ROCK

After being in the post office waiting in line to mail a package for about 20 minutes, I just had to write a review solely based on Miss Beverly's customer service. I was 2nd in line behind a difficult customer who wasn't from here and to be honest was just quite rude. Beverly had impeccable patience with her and made sure to speak to everyone in line waiting and apologized for our wait even though it wasn't her fault we were waiting for a very long time. I work in customer service too and I understand how challenging it can be at times. Beverly is always very sweet and kind. Keep that pretty smile on your face! Thanks again girl! ?

I am very disappointed in the united states postal service in Hampton, GA, I’ve rated it 2 stars because majority of the workers there actually have good customer service. I’m positive that somebody stole my package, I was supposed to be receiving a package on Saturday, I go check my mailbox & nothing. I go up there Monday & they tell me that the driver sent it to the wrong address so they’ll be calling me that day to retrieve it, no call so I figured I’ll be patient. I go back up there Wednesday & they tell me the same thing, I go back up there Thursday & now the supervisor tells me that the driver is off Tuesdays & Wednesdays so she’ll “try” later on that day. Now apparently the wrong address said they never received a package…I’m just trying to figure out how you send my package to the wrong address but still give me my mail, you guys need to do better.

They don't deliver a package, the. You have to pay a fee to get them to deliver so instead you go to the post office and the inside is shut down completely

Live in a large family where getting mail and packages to the house became a hassle. Opened a po box where one of the nicest ladies showed me how to receive my mail and packages there. The staff is kind and patient!!!

Why did a package mistakenly sent here and this USPS sent the package to Atlanta Distribution Center instead of MY ADDRESS. This is terrible. The Atlanta Distribution Center is showing packages being held for over a week

I just had to write a review about my mail carrier is Ms Adashia. Wow. She is by far the best mail carrier that has served Matthews trail. Very pleasant and professional. She deserves a raise and a promotion. But then again if she gets a promotion, we could loose her. No problem with that, just as long as you don’t send back the 1 she replaced. (Me and my neighbors got to know each other, because somehow we just always seem to get each other’s mail.)I also have to compliment the Lovejoy Post Office front desk ladies, pleasant professionals. I’m always pleased with their service.
