I'd give it less than 1 start if possible. We are accused of neglecting our car because we pointed out that the wash didn't even remove the bugs from the windshield. The brushes barely swiped the car. Highly disappointed. Brought it to the attention of the girl on duty and she said we let the bus sit too long to come off in the wash. This was the first time in 5 yrs and it will be the last time

I gave this place a few tries.. car NEVER comes out clean, no matter what service you choose.
Got the nerve to ask for tip and dont even have towels available for you to dry your car.
Never again.

They charge too much for a car wash not to offer towels or window cleaner. Just about every car wash offer this and the person that you see when you pull into the car wash only wash your front windshield with the brush and that’s it. Vacuums are also horrible they do not pick up. Do they do this on purpose because it’s free with the wash?

PLEASE DO NOT USE Mister Car Wash THEY PUT SCRATCHES ON MY NEW CAR I PURCHASED OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR A FEW WEEKS AGO I SHOWED IT TO THE MANAGER AND HE SAID IT SHOWS ON CAMARA THE SCRATCHES WERE THERE ALREADY THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILTY FOR THE SRACTHES I HAVE HAD MEMBERSHIP FOR OVER 2 YEARS WITH THIS COMPANY JUST NOT GOOD BUSINESS

No rags offered to dry off car, didn't even get the car clean, parts inside wash not even working, blowers at end barely even dry your car. Asked for a rag and the attendant seemed dumbfounded that'd I'd even ask, considering the blowers do practically nothing, you think a cart with rags would be available.... Also they verbally asked for a tip before even doing any work.
Find a better place because this one sucks. Vacuum area was filthy too

They dont wipe the bumpers at all anymore they use that brush for your front windsheild only which is wrong and pretty dumb honestly seein how the automatic car wash, washes the windsheild, bt not the front bumper. Still dirt left even after washing. The “wax” or titanium 360 is a joke. The rainshield is a joke and doesnt work. The tire shine is so poorly applied it leaves bug black ball of goo around your tire and will come off the tire when you drive then splatter onto your car. So now your car is dirtier than before u went to the car wash with hug black spots on the back

It the closest to my house and I did unlimited. BAD IDEA !! They don’t offer any towels or windex or anything other than trash cans and vacuum. I will be returning to take 5 up by QT where they have compressed air and towels and windex. I hate to half clean my car and still have to go home and clean the windows and wipe it down.

Over the past three years I’ve been at this location and I never experienced it like this. For one don’t ask for tip if you have not fulfilled my expectation on top of that because I decided not to give a tip. Don’t mean you should turn off all the vacuums and not courtesy warn your customers. I pay like everyone else. I did not get a chance to vacuum my car as I should it’s not right just because I was the last one and you try to hustle me a tip and I say no, so you turn off the vacuum. I don’t appreciate the service at all.I will not be coming back.I don’t recommend this location to anyone. Spend where your money is appreciated and valued as a regular customer as I was.
