The staff are nice and friendly but every time I go there, I’m left with a little bit of disappointment because there’s always “something”. I don’t think it should be hard to print “color” on label paper and I’ve been trying to since. Everytime I ask, it always the manager isn’t here to do it and now after hearing that they don’t have their graphic designer anymore is a loss. Like I said, people are nice but not being able to get that one service done is disheartening.

Fast. Easy. Efficient. Stopped in on a super time crunch and I was surprisingly in and out a lot faster than expected. The shipping rates are decent, the store is pretty easy to find, but true value is in the folks who run it. Thank you to Joshua for helping me get my stuff secured and shipped off!

Nothing wrong with the service, but they always want to charge you for printing the labels, buying boxes because even tho it's their job to deliver the package, THEY "Can't guarantee that the package will arrive without buying a box from Us". That sounds like a scam for me. This is the only location that has ever came up with such a thing to me. Be better please.

I was visiting family recently and had to stop by UPS for service. I was skeptical at first based on recent reviews in the past, however, the service I received was top-notch and stellar. Joshua showed out for this store and honestly was the best service I received from a UPS store. Great team this store has, now wish the UPS store near me was this good.
