Placed an order through the online app $103 and never received orderThey kept saying that it was picked up for delivery (Uber Eats) but it wasn’t.Kept calling and received different responses and when I asked them to tell me what I ordered they would say something different each time.Horrible and need to be investigated.My order was for my mother’s birthday event and never received.

Best Subway I have ever been too. They always have positive attitudes when they are serving me & also they make the BEST Subway sandwiches consistently. I definitely enjoy the 2 guys that worked tonight & I think they should get a corporate promotion or a raise!!

I've been going to this subway for over a year now. It's inside the Walmart. I usually go during lunch time. I have no complaints at all. This location is always clean, the meats and vegetables look fresh all the time and the employees that work their are always generous, polite and know what their doing. The problem that I see nowadays is you have this kind of people that come in to subway with bad attitudes or having a bad day and want to take it out on the employees or for some reason they think they can talk to them how they want just because their buying a sandwich. It's doesn't work like that. If you want respect, you gotta give respect. Simple as that. Trust me when I say this, you want a good experience then go in their with the right attitude, be patient, be polite and you'll leave very satisfied.

I never had a experience due to them closing almost a hour before they were scheduled to close!I asked the man why they were closed that early and he said “WERE CLOSED”!Not sure who actually owns this subway but closing 45 minutes before you are scheduled to close is not how you run a business!

This location took my money through the app and when I got to the store the food wasn't made and they're trying to tell me they didn't receive the order but the order is marked "ready" in the app. Someone mistakenly marked the order as ready and it didn't get made. I can understand an error but the manager and owner foolishly are acting as if they have no accountability. They are telling me, the customer, to call Subway Corporate on a Saturday at 5 PM. I showed them both the ready status in the Subway app which shows the last 4 digits of the card used to pay. Then I opened my discover card app showing the payment went to Subway store 46422 which is their store number. I pick up from this location 3 or 4 times a month because it's close to home. But they have lost me as a customer forever. This was a terrible way to treat a customer.

Definitely 5 stars from me, since the new management took over. Before it was a bunch of young kids but now it’s much more professional.

The guy making sandwiches acted like he was scared to serve people, moved extremely slow and made the sandwiches however he wanted rather than what we asked for. Can’t say I’ll come back to this location

This Subway has a very welcoming environment. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous and the subs that were purchased was extremely fresh. Definitely will be purchasing a sub at this location in the near future.

This particular subway location was on point. The associate who was present already had my online order ready when I got there. He was also very friendly and thanked me for shopping.

I placed a order online and called the store to correct some things because the app was acting crazy that day. The lady hung up on me twice and didn’t take time to listen to what I had to say which is very unprofessional and rude. Please train the employees to listen to customers

I wish I could have given 0 stars on this!! Some of the worst service I've ever experienced at a subway tonight just trying to grab something quick for the family. I was there 30 minutes for my food to be made while other people came in and left with theirs. The person making my food seemed as though he was high and his behavior and conversation with other staff was extremely inappropriate. Management definitely needs to address this issue and not allow young kids to operate a business prior to closing. At this point I really have no intentions on going back here after tonight.
