This establishment is a Joke. 3 different times i tried to come in to get service or an Alignment and they always tell me that the Technician is never available or is at lunch and can't do the work. Don't waiste ur time going because they are not a good Business at all!! Then the guy at the front desk has a smart mouth. I had to tell him about hisself. If i could give them No Stars I would.

The tires are good and reasonably priced. I bought some used tires, i Had an earlier issue with a flat tire but after my own review it seems ok. I also like how proactive they were in checking my brakes.

Victor and the guys at Southern Tire Masters are the real deal! I have been a customer from the time they opened the shop, and I have never been disappointed. Whether it's purchasing tires or putting on brakes and rotors, they are quick, yet thorough, and the prices are not bad. So, if you are looking for great suspension work or a great deal on tires, go and see my friend Victor and the fellas at Southern Tire masters!

I come here often. All the times I’ve come, service was and has been great. I would recommend this tire shop to anyone. Let me tell you how much I value this shop, I found out a nail was in my tire in Hogansville, Ga and drove, taking a chance, just to get here.

I called this shop on 5/21/24 because of the reviews they had. I had a bolt in my tire and there was no reason to get it plugged because I knew I needed to get new tires. I saw them the same day they did not have tires in stock at the time so they ordered the tires and the tires arrive the very next day. When they called and said the tires were there, I brought my SUV in and just like that my old tires were off and the new tires were on. Victor Sanchez was very helped. He helped me get back on the road and driving again. Excellent service. I will definitely use him in the future.
