The employees at Rainbow in Hampton Ga. Love Joy or Tara blvd whichever one you would like to call it. Are very unprofessional and they lock the door at 7:45 and will not let you in. Clearly on the sign outside the door and when you google them it says the close 8:00 not 7:45. I have been there twice and they did this. My friend was there a month ago and the same thing happened to her they locked the door at 7:45 and would not let her in

They sold me a speaker that they clearly know don’t work and when I went back to return it to get my money back they told me I couldn’t get my money back I went back before they 7 days was up

I just left out of this Rainbow store in lovejoy and the two ladies I came in contact with their customer service skills was amazing. They had smiles on their faces and in their voice gave me great service from helping me locate an item to checking me out. I wish other locations gave service like this great job ladies..

I went to the Lovejoy store on 09/5/2021 and the manger in there he was very very unprofessional he was cursing calling some customer that was in there the day before a trick in front of customers. We shouldn’t have to listen to what went on with someone else while shopping. I really like some of the products but just by his behavior I won’t be back to this location. It was a awful experience ?

God, I love the clothes in this store, I have been shopping in these stores since I was in Puerto Rico. And it's a shame that Gainesville GA doesn't have a store like this. Success and continue selling such beautiful clothes.
