“I’ve only had one bad experience here and I sell products online (like eBay and Poshmark) and come here to ship probably 3-10 times a year. It was over having to buy packaging tape because I didn’t realize it was a UPS package, I overreacted. UPS just as easily could have taped it, it wasn’t that serious. Even after having that encounter the lady that I dealt with during that bad experience has been professional and polite despite me acting like a jerk over tape. I’m always treated like a regular even though I really don’t use usps all that much. No complants.”
