Everyone is nice at this location and you’re greeted like family when you walk in. “Absolutely exceptional customer service! They got me in and out so fast! Both representatives greeted me as I walked through the door. I had to go to this UPS location unfortunately because the UPS store in ellenwood has the worst customer service I ever seen. I needed to make a return through Happyreturns and the QR code was not loading however they were able to take my express code and I was in and out in like 10min. I wish I got the gentleman’s name but both of them were exceptional!”
