I came here on a referral from a friend and left with my money gone and my hair UNFINISHED. The stylist Keyahn is one of the most unprofessional stylists I have ever been to. I contacted Keyahn to get red and brown color added to my blonde hair and get it pressed out, she quoted me 85$ and i agreed. The day before the appointment she goes up on the price changing it to 120$, I agree and keep my appointment. I made the appointment on time but she made me wait a hour just for her to start. It took her a total of 8 1/2 more hours to bleach my roots and give me a few highlights. This includes the time it took for her to also go and buy more hair dye because she was unprepared and ran out. (Unprofessional once again) We ran out of time cus she took so long and she told me to return the next day, i paid her the full $120 plus a 5$ tip and left. I return the next day for the press out (on time) and she once again makes me wait a hour before starting. She finally starts on my hair and tells me shes charging me a additional 25$ because she said “I’m taking up her other clients time slots” and even blamed me for having a lot of hair and making her other clients have to wait. None of these coincidences were my fault but not once did Keyahn apologize or take the blame for anything. She taking 8 hours to do my hair isn’t my fault but she completely blamed me. I angrily left and I will never return. I will make sure to also tell all my friends to NEVER come here! The stylist Keyahn is inconsistent, unprofessional, and can NOT manage time!

Ok, so after seeing them on social media, I decided to give them a try because it looks like they would do a great job. Unfortunately, every time I call this place I am greeted rudely. They NEVER have any stylist available and they do not have the best phone etiquette. I don't care how well you do hair but if the quality of your business sucks you won't go far. Humbleness goes a long way. I will spread the news of how rude and unprofessional these people are. If you don't have any appointments available the senseable thing to do would be to schedule a future appointment for a potential loyal customer. They just missed out on two customers for today and possibly longer. If I could give zero stars I would! 👎ðŸ½ðŸ‘ŽðŸ½ ***Update*** Oh and not to mention I even visited this establishment upon needing correct directions because what's on google takes you somewhere else, I got the same RUDE service! Just a horrible experience all together. Three strikes and you're out.
