OMG! The new set up here is so AMAZING! The chairs are so very cozy and comfortable. The blinged rainbow shaped light over the nail booths are the perfect touch. Lan is amazing with the pedicures and Nancy is an OG on the nails. They both keep me right for whatever I have going on. My family and I love this place!

Best nail salon around! Newly renovated - new massage chairs! Great owners and technicians; attention to customer service and cleanliness. Very much appreciated as a longtime customer.
Cleanliness: Each pedicure bowl is wrapped for each customer, along with individual nail tools. The floors are always clean, as is the restroom. Again, much appreciated.

The tech that did my feet today was HORRIBLE. She ask me did I want a pedicure. I stated no. She start handle my feet rough. And left all type of polish on my toes. She did not do a good job all because I said I didn’t want a pedicure.

These were the worst nails ever! They were too short, too wide and not evenly cut. They refused to correct them. Awful customer service.

Nice place. Pricey! I was mislead when getting a pedicure. It says polish included, however, found out later that Gel polish was an additional 20 dollars. I wish I would have known or I would have gotten clear polish that I initially requested. Also, the tech worked so hard, but my toe nailsweren't done to look symmetrical. It looks like 2 different peoples feet, although it is a meet job. Otherwise, nice place, but the prices i feel are more for therir hard work, not necessarilythe quality. ....

I usually don’t have a problem when I come with my daughter but today I’m not sure what the issue was. I was getting a Sns and pedicure and my daughter wanted gel on toes plus nails painted. She also wanted to put her foot in the water for a couple of seconds before she got them painted, and this was an issue today. The lady that started was very rude and said no you sit over here (talking to my daughter) I told her she only wanted to put her foot in my water for a couple of seconds and you can charge me extra if you want. Then comes the different language speaking and I let them all know I pay my money for services if it’s an issue then we can leave. I would have understood if it was busy but only one other customer was in there. And I don’t understand how her getting her foot wet for not even 5 seconds was an issue. Rude to me okay, but to my child that’s a no go! Anyways T&J nails (2 mins away) has a special with free manicure with SNS! And they also have good customer services, highly recommend them.

I moved to Hampton from Vegas and needed my nails taken care of. I found Jenny Nail and haven't gone anywhere else. Nancy does my nails and is passionate about keeping my nails healthy. I love this place!!

This place is the worse. The manager Nancy is really rude. She refused to give service to an elderly woman because she claim she was “picky”. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone

I haven’t been in over 13 years to have my nails done. I walked in clueless and walked out amazed! My first trip (2 weeks ago with Kim) was wonderful. She helped me see how drastically different nail options have come and did a beautiful job. I was going to see her again but drove by on a Sunday and met Khanh who was so sweet to answer all my questions given I’m still learning. She also did a fantastic job and I can say this is my nail spot! It was so quiet, peaceful, and I’m incredibly happy.
