If I can give this place a zero I would!As a business owner I went here to file my taxes on today which I had a appointment with Geraldeen…. As I sit down she began to tell me about things that has nothing to do with my business. Also I don’t believe they have any knowledge about doing business taxes. She explained to me that it would cost me $700-$1000 up front I had to pay cash,check or money order. I walked away no thank you!!!

I arrived at the Lovejoy location to inquire about scheduling an appt. to have my taxes prepared after getting off of work. Mr. Peter Bouapheng was on location and even though it was almost close of business, he was accommodating and allowed me to run home and get my documents and prepared my taxes. He was also very professional and informative with tips on ways I can avoid owing taxes next tax year and maybe getting a refund next time. He also scheduled my appt. for next year. Many thumbs up!! Thank you.
