Mannn! This store has really gone down hill,Ever since the lady with the long gray hair left! This stores shelves are never stocked Ever! The lines wrap around the corners at time they only have 1 cashier while the other one watches the line! It’s horrible! I just started going to the bear creek one instead! Atp they just need to close the doors it’s dirty and cluttered with no stocked shelves!

If you are a shift manager and you have a rush of customers lined up to the freezers at the same time every day, the very *least* you can do is schedule more than one cashier OR maybe jump on a register, im not sure whats preventing them from doing that. Every day its the same scene, one poor cashier with a store full of people getting angry, people literally abandoning their selections and walking out. I guess the leadership at this location doesnt care about things like customer service

This place constantly says they can’t take cash when you get to the register. But they don’t tell you this when you first walk in. They let you walk around and waste your time. This is an issue that happens often.

Want to leave a 0!!! This location closes early!!! Yes, before 10!!! Earlier than 9:55 also!! Pulled in at 9:53 after sitting at the red light, we could see the man standing at the door prior to this! Was at the red light a good 5 minutes! Get to the locked door where the dude motions cut throat, so I stood there until he let someone out and I said so y’all are closing 5 minutes early, he said no, we’re closing now and I said right which is before 10 o’clock and he said yea, but we stop taking customers at 9:55, which again remind you is false as well!! Informed me it was 9:58 and they were closed. I wasn’t trying to shop!! Just wanted to grab a cold drink, but watched 3 other people get turned away as well before 10pm!!! Extremely unprofessional and ignorant as he stood there talking to the other associate and laughing and making faces!!! I bet this location isn’t meeting their sales goal and I’m sure it has a lot to do with them closing early!!!

I went just to pick up a few groceries there and this Dollar General in McDonough, Georgia is filthy dirty and always has boxes laying around. Nothing on the shelves! I asked if they needed help, she said no, we will close the doors tomorrow and stock. Don't make no sense to close the doors for a whole day! Does it to you? It's always like that everything l go there. I will start going to the Griffin one, I heard it's always stocked and nice over there. ?

Didn’t know this store was run by family and meth heads… the manager sucks and allow to hire mother and daughter and they work the same shift.

This store is wonderful, the employees are so nice and friendly! It's a very clean and tidy store, especially compared to most dollar generals.

If I could give this store more stars I would! Huge thank you to Jacob & Freddy— they are god sent. They went over & beyond to make me and my sisters feel comfortable after a very distasteful experience. LADIES, please be careful when coming to the stores at night.

It was a good store, that is until the one with the colorful hairdo that drives the red Ford escape started working there. He or it is so rude and it followed me around the store like I was stealing or something and I do not appreciate it at all...I want it to know that if it happens to me again I will take it like a threat and act accordingly. Clean up you're store,address you're employers and treat customers with respect. If you disrespect me again and treat me like a thief instead of a loyal customer, you will have another color in your hair......BLOOD RED!
