There was a young African American gentleman with glasses, I hate I don't remember his name. He is WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO FEEL LIKE, he acknowledged everyone that walked in the store and assisted superbly. Job well done KING!

This Asian guy doesn’t know what he is doing. And he doesn’t even know the company policy, buying a phone he can’t even figured out the phone, and ask us to come back because we have 30 days. Bringing back that LG phone because it’s hot when using it, and can’t even use the finger to unlock it . Now another Asian employee tell us he can’t help because we had 7 days for an exchange which it a totally different story from the other one thinking people have money to waste!

Bad very bad, i went her to buy a new phone and this lady was rude talking under her breath doesnt have manners for customers and was cursing to. And some ppl said she is so rude. she said she doesnt like her job then work someone where else and learn how to respect,??

I went here on Friday October 2 after coming on Thursday and on Thursday I had the worst experience it was a heavier set women that didn’t get up to greet me or anything she was on her phone the whole time so I ended up leaving and coming back I have never felt so welcomed and so appreciated, I switched my family Plan from metro and the young lady I believe her name was Yari was not only helpful but patient, one second she only had me and the next she had a store full of people but as she was helping me she was helping the rest and was able to multitask, she helped me understand what I had to do as well as engaged in a conversation with me. She even complimented me on being a good mom because of some of the stuff I was sharing with her, we need more people like her !!

Really boost you going to shut off our phones for .10 cent are you kidding me i was told on feb 3rd my payment was 100.00 even and thats what i paid and now you said it was 100.10 and you cut it off for 10 cent. You have to joking what a joke your company is
