The Lady that checked me in was amazing, she even took the time to listen to me when I told my Daughters car was having some starter problems, that when you turn the car off that it might not crank right back up, I told her it would take a few seconds. I took my car to them on January 20, 2024 because a deer hit my car while I was driving to work, and it’s February 1, and my car was ready to be picked up. “I know dealing with places like this can be a pain(On both sides lol) but I actually had a pretty good experience. My car was damaged when I hit a tire in the road that I couldn’t avoid in time, my insurance company listed Gerber as one of their preferred body shops and decided to give them a try. Candace worked my claim and she was very nice and professional as my car was being repaired. My car is repaired and looks good. I appreciate the professionalism and you guys handling my car with care. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I do I know I’m in good hands.”

“I'd recommend the Quick lube for fast oil changes, tire rotation/tire purchase and brake service. You normally don't need an appointment if you get there in the morning. Just call to be sure. I usually deal with Sherry Whitaker and most recently Ray Clark. Both are very professional and courteous. My daughter also bought a 2018 fully loaded Cruze Hatch back last year and we've been more than happy with the car. If you're prior military, don't forget to ask for a military discount.”
“How does anyone give them less than 5 stars?!!! They painted my 2007 Prius and it looks like it left the showroom. They even did things I didn't pay for, such as painting the trim. You want a great and affordable paint job then look no further!
Edit: Is it possible to give out 7 stars??? This Maaco shop gives good service and great value. In other words, some people give you what you pay for, but they give you more and pride themselves on your satisfaction. I won't consider anyone for paint and body work without checking with them first.”
