“Took a high mileage vehicle in with intentions of having Liberty replace a lower control arm that was making noise and I’d been told needed replacement at another shop. The part only needed tightening and didn’t need to be replaced. Liberty easily could have arbitrarily replaced the part and charged me for something that didn’t need to be done and I wouldn’t have known the difference, but they were honest and didn’t replace anything that didn’t need it nor did they try to ‘up sale’ anything. Honesty goes a long way with me, I’ll be using them from here on out.”
